Background & Strategic Goals

The secondary aluminum industry is undergoing a digital renaissance, yet many SMEs are left behind by overly complex software. Our goal was to create a “people-first” digital tool that democratizes industrial data. By focusing on the EBI Platform’s pillar for Experts and Engineers, we aimed to replace static 2D blueprints with a dynamic environment that reflects the actual footprint and performance of a modern recycling complex.

Implementation & Methodology

Leveraging our partnership with ALSANX Inc., we imported high-precision engineering CAD data into a real-time rendering engine optimized for the EBI Platform. We then layered AnyLogic simulation logic over the 3D assets to ensure that every movement on screen reflects real-world physics and metallurgical constraints. The final deployment was optimized for large-scale touchscreens, making it the centerpiece for trade show engagement and collaborative engineering “war rooms.”
