Background & Goals: Rebuilding Industrial Expertise

Aligned with our manifesto, “Bringing Talents Back to Industry,” this project addresses the critical talent gap in the Oil & Gas sector. As the aging workforce transitions, EBI SIM serves as a bridge, capturing expert knowledge within an intelligent system. Our goal was to create a solution that makes the “dirty and dangerous” aspects of drilling predictable and high-tech, attracting new talent by providing them with world-class digital tools that ensure safety and success from day one.

Implementation & Methodology: The EBI Advantage

Leveraging our partnership with ALSANX and AnyLogic, we implemented the EBI SIM framework using an agile 30-day pilot approach. The methodology focused on “Training-First Digitalization,” ensuring that engineers and operators were not just users of the tool, but masters of the simulation. By integrating OT-IT data into a unified ecosystem, we enabled a seamless flow of information from the rig floor to management, allowing for strategic oversight and real-time operational adjustments.
